Okrastore is the online shop of WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, a Hong Kong company that buys the goods it sells, ships them and answers for them afterwards.

One company, and it does everything: WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, Room 505, 5th floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong (contact person: Huanbin Lin). It built this website and runs it, runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, owns the stock, takes the order, sends it out, collects payment on delivery, answers for the guarantee and handles returns and refunds. There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator.

The company in the foot of every page is the one that sells to you, the one that confirms your order by phone, and the one named in the data protection notice. Your contract is with it, and so is every question about an order, a parcel, a return or your data.
