Okrastore is the name of the shop. The company that owns it, runs it and contracts with you is WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED.

Every step between the shelf and your door belongs to the same company:

• it built this website and runs it;
• it runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, and holds and pays for the advertising accounts;
• it buys the goods it sells and owns the stock;
• it takes your order and confirms it by phone;
• it ships the parcel and collects payment on delivery;
• it handles returns, refunds and the guarantee;
• it is the controller of your personal data.

General questions go to service@okrastore.com; questions about personal data go to privacy@okrastore.com. The desk is open every day, 08:00–20:00 Central European Time. Emails are answered within 2 working days, data requests within 30 days. There is no telephone line for incoming calls: the company calls you after you order.
